TownshipFuture has a TownshipFuture Speaker Series, a monthly series of interesting and informative speakers focused on The Woodlands.  The series kicked off on May 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. with a ZOOM presentation on “The History of The Woodlands” featuring Loren G. Steffy, author of the recent biography of George P. Mitchell, founder of The Woodlands and Joel Deretchin, who played a crucial role in the creation of The Woodlands as an employee of The Woodlands Development Company. 

Participants can register for the online events via Eventbrite, just click on the button next to the event you’d like to attend in the list below and attend at no cost via ZOOM. Registrants will be emailed a link to the ZOOM meeting on the day of the presentation. Each meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and questions will end at 7:45. The waiting room will open at 6:45 p.m.

The following Presentations will take place on the first Tuesday of each month from 7:00-7:45 p.m. .  No presentation will be held on Election Day, November 2, 2021.
